She was the Administrative Assistant to former Assemblyman William D. Payne. She received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice from Everest University (online). Her first Anthology, I Am Who God Says I Am: Living My Life On Purpose, was published on September 26, 2019 on her 50th Birthday.
